Dan Moylan of @The Square Ball joins JJ to talk about Leeds United’s big win over Liverpool at Anfield. Are we seeing a new Jesse Marsch? Tyler Adam’s folk hero status and Brenden Aaronson’s development. Have Leeds turned a corner with this win?

  1. I'm fed up with Leeds Fans talking about Bielsa. Under his manager ship we lost at Liverpool 6 0 and City 7 0 last season.
Most of Jesse's signings have been good ones and it's the Players that he inherited that are letting him down.
I think Tyler Adam's should be the Captain as he is a born leader.

  2. Great start. I have subscribed mainly because of the Square Ball connection and Mr Moylan. A man who, like me, needs Leeds to play well before he can be civil to his family and enjoy the rest if the week. I have as we speak (today being Tuesday night) watched the Liverpool game 5 times….yet never even watched the 'highlights' of the Leicester game once….Living the highs and supressing the lows……

  3. Great interview. Donโ€™t let Leeds get hot. Last thing the Premier wants is a fully functional Leeds dominating the field. Canโ€™t wait for Bournemouth. Cheers from Philly

  4. I woke up around 3am Sunday morning……and started watching youtube highlights and reaction….with the headphones obviously coz the missus is not a football fan.

  5. I was saying to a friend today that I'd forgotten what a difference it makes (to my happiness!) when Leeds win…..especially when everyone, even me, had expected a heavy defeat! They made this 65y/o fan very very happy! I just hope they don't go and spoil that feeling against Bournemouth. MOT!!!

  6. I didn't know Dan Moylan was such a Bielsa fan. I started watching Square Ball when I was looking for some Leeds United games analyses. Maybe because Moscow White is already such a Bielsa fan, Dan had to reign it in. I had to stop watching because they don't really do analysis per se, but more about feelings. I don't know whether they realize it, but they see everything thru a Bielsa lens: Marsch football is judged via Bielsa's, his demeanor, etc etc. Maybe because they were in the lower leagues for such a long time, they can't let go of the first good thing that's happened to them since ? I wonder though if they watched other teams while they were in the lower leagues ? Just to be able to distinguish between good football and bad football, without looking thru a Bielsa lens ?

  7. I was under the impression that the 49ers tried to buy out Andrea already, but he didn't want to give up more than 50 percent control of the club yet. Can anyone confirm this

  8. A fine video, but I'll admit all I really saw was the title it first, and I was hoping it was a new video from watke. He's doing them on the Men In Blazers channel now, but the content on his original channel is where the legend was born.

  9. As an American fan, I want Jesse Marsch to do well. But just like the US national team manager Gregg Berhalter, Marsch preaches his system rigidly and has tended not to be able to adjust his tactics if things are not going well. Fingers crossed that he figures things out and Leeds has a good rest of the season.

  10. 11:12 saying we have need of striker – we have GELHARDT, but Jesse doesn't give him enough playing time. He is talented, a game changer, he's shown that on numerous occasions already, however limited his opportunities.

  11. Yet the blind sighted fans will say Jessie is wank and we need bielsa forever so we can watch Tyler Roberts do nothing week after week. Jessie has fetched some decent talent into the club ๐Ÿ‘

  12. Hes becoming a folk hero in the media. I donโ€™t really care that the guy is bright enough to say the right things, I care that he was at fault for 2 of the goals against Holland. And I care more that the fault wasnโ€™t a mistake persay it was failure to run. Save the legend talk.
