I have 3 FT for gameweek 6, rolling this week. If I make the 3 transfers then change my mind to wildcard, would I get them back?

Every FPL Youtuber mostly recomending Henderson and Flekken from the beginning of the season for 4.5 M GK, why they were all lost their intention to Sanchez, Sanchez help me to get green arrow, now i'm at 100K rank, thanks to him.
I got 46 points and had smoth rowe on the bench. Only 7 points but still hurts.

Pedro Porro is a huge trap
Harry you have convinced not to wildcard in game 6. I already have saliba and raya, I will just bring in saka for Salah and DCL for Muniz. I’ll keep Jota and garvidol for now rather than getting Trent and mbeumo. The rest of my team I’m happy with.

I don’t plan on making any transfers this GW so I’ll have 5 free transfers going into GW6. I’m considering just wildcarding and letting the 5 free transfers continue to roll over so that if I need a team overhaul at any point between GW7-GW19 I’ll have the freedom to do that without having to take any point hits on transfers. Any advice on this strategy? My current rank is 660K with a Halaand & Salah in my team

I'm planning to wild card gw6, you mentioned Raya with a arsenal defender, so why not Sels or 4.5 gk with 2 arsenal defender cuz at the end 5.5 on gk is not ideal no?
