I like Kane, and he's the first you'd pick to take that penalty. But that doesn't mean you can't say he bottled it, yes he did unfortunately. Bottling it in sports is not being able to deal with the pressure at that elite level, and that's what happened
Simon is spot on kane did bottle it, no one asks the question why when he’s injured he can just pick himself in the team and Southgate doesn’t say nothing. That’s not playing for the team. He’s a selfish player like many other selfish players who can back it up with trophies, Kane will be remembered for winning nothing.

Kane probably spotted Lloris ready to go to that side, decided to go high to that side and got it wrong.
Penalties are about mind games and Lloris had the upper hand.
