I love it when teams start playing out from the back without the proper coaching,
you can see it being done right (mostly) at Chelsea, Maresca's clearly drilling the players on positioning and how to negotiate space, they've conceded some sloppy goals but none have been the result of getting caught in their own third. they know how to receive, where to receive and they're drilled to always provide outlets.
Southampton are just trying it cause it sounds cool, their players clearly have no idea how to actually technically organise themselves to do so.
