tbh i'd take him injury prone but at this point this team is so thin right now but my are we looking at rabiot that is a free agent and isnt looking at hummels we need a defense we only have 3 centrebacks for all we know he could be better than goretzka
@Ansar Im with you in that I don't understand why we aren't trying to get some sort of depth at CB. We don't need another CM. We're trying to unload a midfielder. Uli & company (Kompany) need to get another warm body at CB. WTFH is my club doing bruv.
id take him but we need to focus on the defense
Midfield is the last thing we need to worry about imo. Defense is #1 priority and #2 is an attacker if they are serious about selling Coman (pls Chiesa if that happens)
From the few games I’ve watched from Rabiot at Juventus, In my opinion I’d say is a good all around box to box midfielder but there are issues to address with him
1. His mother (no surprise there) one of the main reasons Rabiot is still a free agent is because is mom is trying to get the best deal for him, even though he isn’t the level as other stars.
2. Injuries, Bayern already have like 3-4 maybe even 5 players out because of injury, signing ANOTHER midfielder no less who gets injured, defeats the whole purpose of getting rid of injury prone players
3. Ego, granted yes every player has SOME kind of ego (Ronaldo, Mbappé, etc.) however it becomes a problem when the team suffers cause of it, Sané acts like a 5 year old when he doesn’t get his way, adding another player like that will cause way more harm to the club.
4. Too many midfielders, so far in the midfield we’ve got Kimmich, Lamier, Musiala, Goretzka, Pavlovic and Thomas Müller. Signing Rabiot would make him the 7th midfielder at the club, way too many midfielders
5. He would wanna start, Rabiot and Goretzka are pretty similar in the sense of they wanna be starting in that Center Mid position, problem is he’s not the level of a Bayern player
Conclusion, although a good midfielder there are way too many issues with Rabiot for us to sign him

Can’t be a summer without Bayern getting linked to rabiot
