Assuming Barcelona doesn’t sign Nico Williams, at this point they have to take a gamble on an alternative because it’s very hard to find a world class winger on the transfer market and that’s the profile of player that they need and usually does well under Hansi Flick. It’s important to take a gamble and do something even if you know that it won’t pay off, at least they’re trying to attempt something. Since they’ve already paid 60 million for Dani Olmo which is a good signing and at this point I’ve come to terms that he’ll be on their team next season, they better sign a winger whether it’s Williams or someone else. The potential of them signing Kingsley Coman is 50-50 because on his day, he’s an excellent winger who’s going to offer a lot of directness and pace to their attack on the left wing and Flick likes players like him, I mean when he scored the winning goal in the champions league final against his former club, that was when he played under him at Bayern Munich and in terms of what they need, he’s a good option to have on the team.
On the other hand, he’s such an inconsistent player and everyone has known for a while now that he’s injury prone, during a season, the guy literally misses a chunk of games with injuries and if this transfer happens, you’re telling me that they’re going to sign 2 injury prone players in the same transfer window. Last season, once again, he barely even played and he didn’t play much at the EUROs as well and this has been the story of his career, yet they might actually sign him. We really need to study Barcelona’s mismanagement no offense and with all due respect to Coman, again very good player, but them signing him would be an absolute joke unless he’s able to stay out of the hospital (which is where he spends most of the season lying around the bed next to Pedri and Olmo 😂😂😂😂) because I’m pretty sure that Barcelona fans had to put up with an injury prone French winger. This transfer window has been ass anyways and I wouldn’t be shocked if Barca signs another average player in their team because they have a bunch of inconsistent and injury prone players.

I would get Coman only on loan, he is not permanent solution by any means.
