Truth is chances are Sterling & Madueke get sold, leaving us with Neto, Felix,Mudryk & Palmer as wingers and possibly Nkunku. We also have Estevao and Kendry Paez coming in (Paez can play as an 8 & 10) so tbh it’s not too bad and it’s great to have depth, look at Real Madrid they also have Guler and Diaz on the bench on top of everything they already have so for me it’s a welcomed option

You know NONE of the managers have any say in transfers since Clearlake came in but you keep saying “Poch didn’t want him” 😂 Pretty sure Clearlake didn’t want a player than cost £80 million on 250k a week but now the price is halved a year later and Felix has no other offers we’ve signed him… what a coop 😒
Under the new ownership the only 2 players I’ve been disappointed with was the link to Olise and now the purchase of Felix. Both being inside pocket players. Olise being the better of the 2, however, we have Palmer the star boy playing there. With Paez and Willian coming. Felix is a lazy luxury player that suits the 10 position where stars like Palmer, Nkunku and Paez already (will) fight for. It doesn’t lead to good development nor team chemistry. Very frustrating. I understand Felix and the others can play wide but obviously not where you get the best out of them. I hope I’m wrong and will support him, I worry more for others than I do him.
This is a talented squad. Two or more players deep at every position(except striker, I don't think Guiu is ready). No one should be guaranteed to start. Guarantees only breed complacency, even for Cole and especially for guys like Caicedo and Enzo. Let the 3rd choice captain emerge; I like Colwill even though he is young.
Bring in Osimhen in longterm. Chelsea will be back to perennial greatness, winning multiple trophies every season.
Bring a new GK in January if the two listed are not up to task.
The same way Palmer plays is the same way Felix plays he likes to cut in from the left into the middle. To those wondering where he's gonna play, he's going to play 11 on the left wing.

Why buy another winger when it’s the defence that needs looking at the lack of closing down is alarming and our goalkeeper is absolutely not the right fit for wanting to play out at the back. Also, the slowness of play needs to be addressed, as possession football is ok but cannot win you games without an end product.
I think this is an outstanding deal we did with Atletico, who took our player we couldn't keep and gave their player who they didn't want, but who is a great attacking player, just got on the qrong foot with the manager.. And Felix never really felt like Simeone's type of player, seems like it was the club's purchase. Who knows, he just doesn't fit that shothouse football Simeone loves to play
Chelsea is buying everything but not a number 9 why? Because Jackson was never to be a number 9, he was a winger but because of his pace and energy they play him as a 9 because there is no number 9, we are just signing only wingers, what is wrong with Chelsea?
Therin lies one of the many issues at Chelsea. Do we really need another winger? No. Do we need another winger before a solid goalkeeper or striket. No. It's a bargain,basement, commercial, marketing deal. Transparency not our strong point. Loyalty, trust and team building are even more questionable. Let's see how many get jettisoned over this deal. For sure it won't be Mudryk.
