Frankly, the issue with Nemesis’ remake, keeping in mind I haven’t played the game yet so I’m hardly qualified, but speaking on the subject nonetheless from all the meta commentary taken in, is that the game became a cash grab with the devs reusing as much of the RE2 remake assets as possible and being boxed in in the early game instead of tackling the challenge of designing the game with the assets in mind rather than around them, making the world outside the RPD rather lackluster. What should have happened is they should have dropped the 3 from the title and remade Nemesis first simply titled RESIDENT EVIL: NEMESIS and then made the second around that, first creating an open world around Raccoon City and letting the late game of both be where they deviated from one another with Nemesis keeping it above ground and 2 going underground seeking the underground rail out.
Frankly, in the future where these games are inevitably remade, I hope the create a Raccoon City/Arklay Mountains open world and simply integrate the three games into one where each of the original three games become a scenario using the stalker monster across with the progression from Hunters being the stalkers in the 1st scenario, Mr. X for the 2nd and culminating in Nemesis himself in the third with each being an escalation from the previous.

Soon if 10 games and maresca only win 2-3 games the names of the new manager will come up, its like a cycle… hire new manager ➡️ signed bunch of players➡️new setting and settlement ➡️ unperformed ➡️back to hire another one(manager)
