    BREAKING: Manchester United complete signing of Noussair Mazraoui

    Manchester United have completed the double signing of Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui from Bayern Munich for a combined fee of £59.8m.

    De Ligt is costing United an initial €45m (£38.43m) plus €5m (£4.27m) in add-ons.

    The 25-year-old centre-back has signed a five-year deal with the option of a further year.

    Mazraoui’s fee is €15m (£12.8m) with €5m (£4.27m) in add-ons.

    The 26-year-old full-back’s contract is for four years with the option of a further year.

      I’m happier about this signing than the one of De Ligt

      Looks like this lad can also play on the left and he seems like he can actually attack , something Wan
      Bissaka couldn’t do at all

      Manchester suffered last season from lacking back left, I wonder if Mazraoui will be used as back left or as back right. Hope for more communication about that because they talk about transfer but without precising the position

      Man U sign two defenders from leagues (Danish and German) not known for their defensive prowess. I know ten Hag is familiar with them, but is that enough? Ok coach, you got the players you wanted, now do something with them.
