  1. Might be just me, but I'm not a fan of his 'look at the positives' approach – we need to be of the mindset that if we do not win a game, then we have to improve…regardless of the opposition. With the WC just around the corner we need to become world-beaters mentally, even if we might not have the players of a team like France or Belgium, and we need to be a team with an elite mentality to win at all costs. No more snatching draws or losing to HUNGARY, we need to think bigger.
