From what I have seen from Erikson both at united and nationalteam I se him as one of the best in the world right now.

Quality wise, this team is the best in EPL. One thing though, has to be sorted out, and that is work rate off the ball. United allows other teams too much liberty and comfort on the ball. They are never in a hurry to regain possession when they lost it. This problem has been there for some years now through different coaches. They have to learn to tackle as a team and press together as a team. With that, given their individual qualities, they will become strong contenders for the title.
