      I hope he can get his first goal for Arsenal so that it can boast more confident to play.. I hope Emery can give him more free kick shooter role.. It can be give team more option to take a free kick or set piece..

      Good video! Good explanation on how Torreira is adapting to English football. Good explanation on how Torreira positions his game deep to allow wingbacks to assist in supporting attacking moves. Torreira in the second half displayed this position against Leicester City. In addition Torreira has got the ability to develop his attacking contribution despite showing good decision making defensively. Also it has been noticeable how Torreira and Guendozi are developing a mature understanding by where one pushes forward to advance or supports or creates an attacking move the other anchors and protects the midfield line and defensive line. In order for this to eventually make Arsenal become successful Torreira needs to learn from Toni Kroos early time with Real Madrid. Toni Kroos was similar to Torreira to how they began maturing to their specific defensive duty. However it has been noticeable how Kroos has been given more license to support attacking moves with Casemiro sitting at the bottom of the midfield line. Overall Torreira is heading on a similar path. If Torreira can contribute more attacking contribution like Viera and Luis Gilberto did then Arsenal can sustain a consistent growth.

      A friend had told me Torriera is going to help turn around Arsenal and was a big signing I laughed. I didn’t pay much attention to him when watching Uruguay 🇺🇾 then I watched him now and he’s a real Kante type player exactly what Arsenal needed great passing skills too
