The team I choose Ronaldo over messi is because game on the line you know Ronaldo will go get it for you ..not saying a 37 year old Ronaldo ..but great players are judged on the high level moments ..Kane is very good but do you think if lewandoski was on this English side they’d get knocked out that early ?

All becasue Harry Kane missed a Penalty for England, people and the media are acting like as if he is the only main reason England are out, to me the main reason for the England loss was Gareth Southgate's team selection and also the Referee was crap in that game too, I'm not even a Harry Kane fan and I respect him but the hate and criticism he is getting is quite Sad & wrong at the end of the day he is only human & we all make mistakes even the best make mistakes too, so lets give him a break and cut him some slack, to me the media and some people are making Harry Kane the scapegoat 💯💯
I bet ya if the same people that hate Harry Kane will be the same people that will praise him if England had won the match or Harry Kane scored the winner that send England through 💯💯
This media treatment also reminds me of the hate and criticism last year when Saka, Rashford & Sancho all missed their penalties in Euro 2020 💯💯

Kane Rooney blah blah blah, fantastic goal record for England is all we hear from the blinded media, ok them make a dvd of their best tournament knockout goals, not the cannon fodder, see how many gets sold.
Kane may have the equal scoring record for England. But of 53 goals he has scored 16, yes , an unbelievable 16 penalties! check his record, and most of his England goals have been scored against minor nations.

He missed a penalty for god sake, if he was to score the penalty, all the so called pundits would have said he was never going to miss
No wonder he don't have confidence and bottles it he plays for spurs would have a different mentality if he was around winners week in week out a small break away on international duty isn't enough
England have always had the same problem they bottle it at big moments like penalties thats why we won nothing since 1966. When you play teams like France you will be lucky to get 2 or 3 chances all match. A penalty was a golden opportunity.

Problem with Kane is every supporter wants a young English player to come through their clubs academy and score lots of goals and play for England, so because it's not happened at their club it's definitely a touch of jealousy why he's singled out.

Saying Saka let his country down (he did) triggers some sort of vicious response from fans which lead to you being called all sorts of buzzwords, but say Kane did the same (he did) and nobody cares, in fact they agree.
