  1. nah. Shawn does not have much flexibility in the wrists and shoulders (one of the reasons why she doesn't do much pirouettes and releases), so personally i don't think she could do He Kexin's release combination (and you have to know that so far only kononnenko and he kexin successfully did this type to combination

  2. Shawn's UE bars routine would've held up at the 2012 Olympics. I think it's just that relative to her time there were many great bar workers at the 2008 Olympics, plus they also had Chellsie and Nastia on the team.

At the recent Olympics though Shawn's consistency on bars would've been a huge help to the team. Only Gabby scored over 15.

  3. I personally don't think so. If she did this routine in London, it would score only somewhere in the mid or low 14s. Kyla and Jordyn both scored mid and high 14s, and they have been more consistent over the years.

  4. Actually they used Shawn on UB at the Pan Am games and she won the event final in that obviously I know that is a 'watered down' competition. However I think there is a D score video thing on here with the 2012 rules applied to Shawn's routine and with the same execution scores she scores higher than Aly and Kyla.

  5. its people like you that piss me off. Id like to see you try to hold a handstand on a hig bar for morethe n 1 second. Id like to see you win a gold medal at the olympics. Id like to see you do a double twisting layout dismount. And dont say you can because if you could why werent YOU at the olympics last year.

  6. Wait….. has Shawn EVER missed bars in her career? Except for 2011 Classics? I can't remember one time she missed bars in 2007/2008
