Roy Keane is a legendary player in a legendary team at a legendary club that is beloved by 100s of millions around the globe. Rodri is a good player who plays for a small team called city.

Not a fan of any premier league club (United fans) but Rodri is better than Keane was. I love Roy Keane but he’s a very romanized player. He’s both under and overrated at the same time. The ra ra “leader” hardman bullshit doesn’t begin to describe him. Roy Keane could play. But he was likely the least talented player in his own midfield as well. Keane is a player much like Daglish, or even Cruyeff (obviously much different players who played different positions) but who’s legend probably exceeds not only their talent but their actual productivity as a player and career as a whole. Long and short Rodri is better than Keane was

Keane was overrated… He was a great player dont get me wrong, but he was just a bully on the pitch lets be honest. He wasnt technically gifted and the only reason he didn't set the record for the most carded player in history is because he played for Manchester United in an era where they got away with murder. Vieria was a better player than Keane, same aggression, leadership, football IQ but was way better technically and was a better footballer overall. Yaya Toure was better than Keane. Rodri is better than all three and i hate man city and dislike rodri heavily because he gets away with murder as well.
Love keano [utdfan], but watching Rodri, it's obvious to see he's a better all-around player than Roy. This opinion doesn't take anything away from how good keano was btw.
