let Feran Torres go for a big fee and huge wages to another club only to have a mediocre time there, got tottenham or man utd written all over him. we need to move away from these types of signings and focus on our strategy of finding up and coming players or buy players who are proven with great track records
There’s probably a deal to be had there for that Soule, but it’ll possibly take some haggling from both sides first. But unless another club comes in for him we have Juve exactly where we want them, as we know they need to raise some cash for their own transfer business.
In terms of Sessengnon, depends on the deal. Low wages, 1-2 year initial contract, it’s worth a punt.

Kostic. Seen him a baker’s dozen number of times or a little more and I’m not seeing it. It’s probable that I’m an ignoramus, but he’s never stood out in any game I’ve seen him play. And Sessegnon, why? Even for pennies, why? He’s more broken than Zouma. Do we need a training table buddy for Cornet? Nah, no thanks.
Move Kudus and Paqueta to their natural positions instead of where Moyes shoe horned them into the team and I think you'll find we are far shorter on wingers than we think… While Soule has played RW he is also very comfortable in at CAM. All of our attacking targets are players that can cover multiple positions and under Lopetegui his sytems are not based on set positions more on flexible roles. It wouldn't surprise me if Soule was the Paqueta cover if his case doesn't go to plan. Huge talent and someone to be very excited about if it happens.
