I think in some way the Slovakia kit for example does represent their culture but you don't get their culture. People in a lot of countries in Europe just want simple shirts without too much extra's on it. When you go crazy with the design, no one will buy it because people in many countries don't like to stand out that much. This is different in the USA.
Croatia's home jersey is overhated imo. It's sure weaker than previous ones, but as it stands with the other teams in this Euro, it's very middle of the road for me
