3 years in a row he made the premier league team of the season and won the player of the year as well. The issue is he didn’t have the longevity because he left to Madrid. But for those 3 years he was up there with anyone.

Bale had a couple of good seasons and one really good one statistically in the premier league but he won absolutely nothing while playing in the premier league and no hes not a legend in the PL. You could argue hes far more of a legend in La Liga then the premier league.
