Ramsdale was bought in as a number 2 and was more then happy with that so why now is it an issue? We was linked with raya and tried to sign him before we bought Ramsdale so it was obvious that he was artetas guy from the beginning.

Ramsdale is a way better goalkeeper ,,good at ramping up the crowd top saves and I think his disruption isint that bad to be honest I think k it's more there something going on with him and arteta or rambo said he wants out and that's whys he's been replaced .but ramsdale is by fare the better keeper and one the best in the leauge

It's hard to say Raya is a better gk. He has saliba rice and Gabriel infront of him for the whole season so Raya is gonna look better as he's gonna have less work to do then ramsdale had last year
Martinez wanted to be number 1 as part of his contract agreement and that is why he move on because Arteta could not guarantee that in his contract

Raya is better in air, positioning, distribution and with the ball . Ramsdale ma be slightly better at shot stopping, which I’m not sure about. Ramsdale does get the fans cheering the team, but can lack concentration. Raya’s stats are better overall.
Tbf Raya does appear better at coming for crosses. And while he has been shaky at times with the ball at his feet, he is better than Ramsdale on the ball
In All or Nothing, Ramsdale stated that he wasn't comfortable playing the way Arteta wanted him to play and that they came to a compromise. Raya can play the way Arteta wants. Clearly Raya will always be chosen ahead of Ramsdale because he can do what is being asked of him. Why was there ever a conversation about this? Ever?
I still don’t think Raya is much better than Ramsdale. Raya has had his fair amount of mistakes himself last season.
