US does not allocate much resources/effort into “futbol”/soccer. It’s not serious for us here in the states, it’s a novelty. Soccer is like a circus in the US; we watch it in amazement when it’s in town,but otherwise it’s nothing.
I hope USMNT wins the Gold Cup. Mexico will bring mostly all his veterans and they have a possibility of winning. But USMNT has young players that may not be in their prime for the Gold Cup, but for Qatar 2022, they will. USMNT will have a better team in CONCACAF in 2022 World Cup. USMNT veterans suck. We are better off playing the Gold Cup with the youth.
