As much as people banter and mock Sterling, very few people appear to be aware that he’s the 19th leading goal scorer in Premier League history with 123 goals and is still only 29. He’s going to end up being in the Top 10 list of all time scorers in the league by the time he retires without most people even realizing it.
Grealish at City: 125 matches, 14 goals, 18 assists
Sterling at City: 339 matches, 131 goals, 73 assists
The fact that Grealish does not come in for massive criticism from the media for his time at City while Sterling was constantly bantered and mocked goes to show that being a “lad” and having the right skin color do actually matter when it comes to perception. Sterling is massively underrated and far too much maligned while Grealish has been getting a free pass for years. There is no way Grealish should even be in the squad over Sterling.

But Grealish is a “lad” who brings good vibes. Give me a break. Even in a down year for Sterling, his 10 goals and 8 assists are still triple the production of Grealish’s 3 goals and 3 assists. All Grealish does is cut inside onto his right foot, pass backwards and sideways, and falls at first contact because he can’t beat a defender for pace
Let's face it, if you had to put your life on Sterling taking a shot at goal and scoring, you'd be worrying to massive extents. His technique at times is abysmal and it lets him down over other players.

Bellingham is a number 8 not a 10 he can do a job but foden, madison , ward prowse or Sterling are better in that position
Just at Chelsea, Levi Colwill, Reece James, Ben Chilwell, and Noni Madueke can all feel more aggrieved to be let out than Sterling lol
