They both played/play in England (not Spain or France where 95+% of winners play).
And for Scholes, he's English. No Englishman has won the Ballon d'Or since Gary Lineker. Not even Alan Shearer himself! Who's goalscoring record Still stands today, in the most competitive league in the world.
So let's just drop all that anti-English Spanish-French FIFA shit and tell it how it is. And KDB is surely the best player in the world.
