🚨 Thomas Tuchel on the offside case: “It was a disaster. An absolute disaster and it’s clear violation of the rules”.

“The clear rule is that the scene must continue. The first mistake was made by the linesman, the second by the referee”.

  1. 1. Rudiger's arm kept de ligt onside (If arms arent considered a part of the body then you should check nowadays many of the offsides are given due to the arm)
    2. He didnt even get the ball directly from the cross and he isnt even interfering the play then, so how tf is he offside

  2. RM haters show in every possible way that they know nothing about football. All those who say (NOT ABOUT THE WHISTLE) that the referee should have counted it as a goal or that it would have been a goal if it had been scored in Bayern's goal. A GOAL SCORED AFTER THE WHISTLE CANNOT BE COUNTED AS A GOAL! Even if the referee wanted to help one of the teams, he could not afford such an absurdity.

  3. If you think this always favor real madrid, you guys have to remember that Joselu 2nd goal initially ruled offside cause linesman flagged up early too, difference is the whistle comes after the goal was made so VAR can interfere. Bayern's goal was made after the whistle so VAR cannot interfere. So yeah, it's just poor refereeing overall

  4. I have been through FIFA Futuro 1 and 2 courses…
I have been playing competitive football since 1976…
I am also a certified and qualified WICUA cricket umpire and a broadcaster…
When technology and its use arises, I ask the following.
Is it to ensure the correct decisions are made or make an official look good or bad?
    Specific to VAR and offside-
The short shirt sleeve determination of a handled ball is a lark😂
If I am wearing a XX shirt with the sleeves past my elbows, is that fairplay😂
If I may not legally play the ball with any part of my body beyond my shirt sleeve, why does such body part count when an offside is being judged😂
We have heard that even the basic protocols of how VAR is to be conducted, have been muddled in a manner where FUBAR meets SNAFU😂
    Not drawing the line.
Incomplete and indistinct and inadequate communication between refs😂
This takes me back to 1966 and the England goal…still disputed😂.
2006 and the illegal use of the video replay on the jumbotron at the stadium, drawing the nefarious ZZ on MM headbutt and subsequent expulsion😂
2010 and the Lampard vs Germany goal where the ball passes behind the keeper- some say it is a Karma goal disallowance 😂
Most recently the 2022 Japan ball still in play on the line incident😂

Obviously when the state of play and results depend on VAR vs skills, it says a lot about the standard of play these days😂

  5. Little kids the hand and even arms are not considered for offside or onside. But keep looking at video. You really cant see De ligts offside? Seriously? Look at his right foot.

  6. “Goal”? It wasn’t a “goal”. The play stopped when the whistle was blown. Real players stopped playing. EVEN IF bayern wasn’t offside (looks like his knee is further than Rudiger’s foot), and referee had not stopped the play, it is not likely that bayern would have scored on this attack.

  7. Debate is one of the beauties of football, VAR does help, but the beauty on the field is lost a bit, I hope there are always controversial things in football.🙏

  8. De Light was in passive offside position. Actually his shoulder. But anyway it was refers mistake. Offside should be checked after episode 100%. But if Reals plaers didn’t stop playing I don’t believe it could be a goal.

  9. Stop being salty Haters & enjoy Life!
I suffered for years 04' -10' w/ a Galactico Madrid never won anything! So NOW I'm really enjoyin Life as Madrid fan since 99' 😁🏆👑

  10. Yeah a robbery
As an inter fan i can say i always supported madrid as my team
And it was a robbery but accept it, bayerb will still lose
Madrid was more dominant and tuchel made sh*t subs instead joselu was a mastermind to find where he can place
    But respect Bayern
I still support my childhood team
But a robbery is a robbery
