Inter Miami has the worst defense in MLS. Even the weakest teams register goals in all there games. Sometimes I do wonder if Martino is blind and can not see the shambling defenders he has. The reason they added that rule is because some winning teams, when they're ahead, they pretend to be in so much pain even if they're not and stay on the ground longer than they really need to be to waste time. It's a time wasting "strategy" for winning teams if you can call it that so I agree in those cases because I really dislike those teams doing that even if it is my team. However, when a losing team does it, I don't think they need to wait for two minutes and go down to 10-men because if you're on a losing team, there is no way you would lay down there longer than you need to be.
