That’s six times out of 14 shown in the video, and out of the eight times where Kimmich didn’t do either, in 0:01 Kimmich was the only one who wasn’t dribbled; in 0:22 Kimmich managed to recover in time to stop him (with help); in 0:44 Kimmich was, again, not dribbled and that pass went to nobody; and finally, in 0:41 although Vinicius got past him, Kimmich recovered fast enough to disturb his shot.
