I rather go for Fonseca. He's a top coach and stylistically works well. Conceiçao is a Mendes client so I am going to be extremely cautious about him. On top of that he plays a 442 which would require a lot more changes in the squad.
If mbappe goes to RM, i could definitely see PSG going for Leao. 120m for him, and that gives them a massive purse to fill the open striker, rb, cdm, and cb position. They could move pulisic left or go after another LW and keep pulisic at CAM. Of course a new coach might want to go 4-3-3 and that would definitely benefit what the team has now. Imagine.

One thing I don’t understand with Milan is why everyone wants to shoot every half chances over passing to teammates at better positions ? These half chances wins you the big matches when players go for team over personal glory. Clear manager fault. He should have resolved this long back otherwise we would be competing in CL still.. today’s match itself we have over 5 half chances which could be converted into clear goal scoring chances if players passed it to players at better position.

AC Milan is not doing bad… but we as fans expected much more this season.
Paulo Fonseca or Sergio Conceicao? Both managers have their pros and cons:
Fonseca:
Pros:
Has won 2 trophies in Portugal, one with Porto & one with Braga.
Has won 7 trophies in Ukraine with Shakhtar Donetsk.
Has Serie A experience because he managed Roma unlike Conceicao.
Cons:
Didn't win anything with Roma, lost 6-2 to Man U in the Europa League and got them to a Europa League Spot in the past.
Didn't win anything with Lille and are now 4th in Ligue 1.
Conceicao:
Pros:
He was a former Lazio, Parma & Inter player so he also knows Italian.
Has won 10 trophies in Portugal with Porto unlike Fonseca.
Has beaten Juventus in the Champions League in the past and nearly beat Arsenal in the Champion League this season with Porto.
Cons:
He has never managed in Italy before.
Similarities:
In terms of similarities, both Portuguese coaches play exciting attacking football with the high press.
Personally I would prefer Conceicao because unlike Fonseca, he has shown he can compete and sometimes win against the big teams.

I'm actually happy the management listened to the fans. We need either a big title winning coach or a young forward thinker who has a lot of potential. Lopetegui isn't either. He's average.
How does it make sense to bash the management when they don't listen to the fans but also bash them when they do?
I think the management feel as if they don't have a lot of wiggle room with the fans after sacking Maldini and keeping Pioli this long. They can't keep getting away with it so they have to get this one right.

Leào can act how he wants because he has a contract till 2028, even if the management accepted any proposal he would have to confirm it. Leao’s passion is obviously not football. He does music, and pursues other passions that he actually loves. I think it wouldn’t be bad if he left. Okafor is actually a viable and maybe even better replacement. He also doesn’t show up in big games.
