The second one he might actually be able to score, instinctive finishes don't require too much thought so 20 – 40% chance he scores

Nah. Portugal played very differently with Ramos up top. With Ramos, they press together, he runs into the channels and does a lot more off the ball. Ronaldo just kinda stands right in the middle and waits for a cross, which is soooooo simple to defend against.
Ronaldo is a bluffer, all he can do is act in front of cameras and that's it.

Is not about if Cristiano can score or not , ( to be fair he cant in most occasions in these days) , but the real issue is that the team cant press with him on the floor you see Portugal struggle so hard every game in group stage with him on the pitch , when he is subbed off the game intantly changes , look at the Uruguay-Portugal game when he is subbed of Portugal immediatly took control of the game and the Uruguay desapeared
