It’s easy to appreciate Xhaka NOW. I want to say I always appreciated him when he was in our club , always disagreed with the haters, and his final season was phenomenal. Furthermore he carried us through from the out-of-form Ozil era and in to the new era. Even if we win a trophy in a few seasons from now and not this one— Xhaka will have a spiritual contribution to that title.
I was so sad when Xhaka left, wore my Xhaka shirt to the game recently and felt so proud <3
