I get it, but I don't know what they want from a manager. They always rely on their supreme talent on the ball and don't like to play organized, fundamentally sound team football.
They even removed a manager because he tried to change them to play a more pragmatic style which was far removed from their free flowing attacking style. So they got one that does the 'pigeon dance' with the players and lets them to go out and play.
I am not criticizing their style, I love it and it makes international football that much better to watch, but I don't know what they want from a manager.
