I just had a sneaky suspicion that as soon as Brentford scored their first goal, it was going to be like that game against Wolves at home whereby we lost 3-2 after going 2 goals in front! Luckily this team THANKFULLY has more about them than the one I watched that day! Still bitterly disappointed that we threw a 2 goal advantage away to only manage a draw out of that game, but I guess a point is better than none, especially when our ultimate target for this season is securing a Champions League position in 4th or possibly 5th place, depending on the UEFA coefficient rankings of course!

Unai’s got us punching above our weight, it’s ohh so clear, this build is going to brilliant and I have no doubt that under his guidance we will become one of the top 4, but he’s got us the possibility of CL with a team that is probably better suited to the europa league, we have the quality but the mindsets of a few are seriously questionable, we got rolled over at City as if we never thought we could win, problem is that every team we get in CL will be of a similar quality and I’m dreading being in the competition without serious additions in the summer that our finances just won’t allow for.. it can’t be rushed, remember where we were, where we are now and where we will be if we’re patient!.
