      We are offended when Borjan gives an interview to a Serbian newspaper that the Croatian city of Knin is part of Serbia.
      The his birth certificate says Knin, Croatia.
      Like other Serbs, he claims that Croatia should never have existed!
      My opinion is that politics is not place in sport!

      Croatia is pretty whiny. They like to fly off the handle: it’s like mentioning a Serb they will go on a 2 hour rant about why they are wrong. Canada 2-1 will be the score tomorrow 😊

      Mr. John obviously did not study Croatian team that good. Otherwise he would know that best motivation to these guys is when you underestimate them. Then motivation in Croatia is sky high. England knew back in 2018 in last World Cup what trash talk means against Croatia 😎

      I am Moroccan…and when I saw Canada score the goal…I said to a friend "oops Canada is going to cash"…and sincerely I was for Croatia even if they were ours competitors…because the World Cup has rituals that cannot be ignored…humility, respect for the adversary, respect for history…the method of getting into it does not work. ..and just for that I was for Croatia…and it's also good for Canada for its future world cups.

      Herdman is an arrogant idiot and got what he deserved. Canada's players though are a young and skilled bunch that will do well in the next WC. Croatia is just too good at this point. Well done Hrvatska and Morocco!
