City and Arsenal shared the Premier League spoils as the two title contenders fought out a combative goalless Easter Sunday draw at the Etihad.
In what was a tense, feisty affair, chances proved at a premium at both ends of the field as for the first time in 58 games City were denied a goal on home soil.
Nathan Ake and Mateo Kovacic both went close for City whilst former Blue Gabriel Jesus and sub Leandro Trossard threatened for the visitors.
In the end though, the two were forced to settle for a point with Liverpool emerging as new leaders after their earlier 2-1 win at home to Brighton.

As A city fan I am not satisfied with the draw. Halland should've buried that chance, he lets City down again. The Kovacic and Ake chance very unlucky. The game could've gone our way on another day. Halland is a great player but he has let us down this season with easy chances missed like in this game. Yes both games should've ended 0 0, City shouldn't have lost at Arsenal but it was just a lucky Own goal virtually that Cost us and Ake missed a sitter in that game from memory.

The fast pace of arsenal outpaced citys back we need to tighten the defense Lewis did that well our attack got blocked even thow we had 3 at the back
