The Gold Signature Stickers are the parallel version of the Star Player stickers (hence the SP). All 21 countries have them (so no playoff teams). They go on the page with the Player to Watch and Top XI stickers.
Edit: this German YouTuber named Collectosk has info on his website about all the parallels and their rarity, as well as which stickers received parallels. I believe the purple ones is the second most common. It goes Topps foil, purple, green, blue, Euro something, black (only 24 of each) and gold (only 1 of each). Hope this helps!

Yeah exciting stuff with the parrallels, just read the black parrallels are numbered to 24, and gold parrallels are one of one. Other parrallels like, purple, green, blue, and euro parrallel are not numbered.
Nice video man😄Is it gonna be exactly same price all over europe,or maybe different?Cause in Serbia for world cup packs were 80p while in other countries 1€,do you think it will be exactly same when its topps or not?
I don't really mind the teams that didn't qualify in the album. For example in the early world cup panini albums they had teams that didn't qualify, where they hand spots for England Portugal Belgium Wales etc. in the 74, 78, and 82 albums
I understand your point about the playoff winner-teams only receiving small stickers, which is disappointing. However, personally, I am thrilled to finally have the opportunity to collect stickers from the Luxembourg team after 18 years of collecting Panini stickers. It's a great feeling, especially after the remarkable campaign our boys played! It's a small consolation prize for us, haha.
Love these new stickers!! Shame about unqualified teams but looking forwards to getting stuck into a few of these!! Where abouts did you get these? been looking everywhere for them.
