I don’t get where you got the 15 goals in 31 for AZ. It’s such a random time frame since he has played way more than 31 games for AZ. Even playing as a defender in the beginning 116 (35) is his total games/goals in Alkmaar. Did take the pens too most years, since he rarely misses them.
Love the player and has shown a lot of growth in Italy. But in the eredivisie he was a DM/CB with a lovely pass, and vision to make up for his athleticism.
But bro for a CDM it is important if he is good and defending and physical bc we talked about the attacking part, I ain’t saying he bad as a DM I think he should be number 10 since he can play in the wing
Generally as Atalanta play Liverpool if he does well against them I can see him moving there as they have a need for a CDM and they often by players who do well against them
