Despite Having Made My Debut For Liverpool, I Continue To Feel Awe-Inspired By Jurgen Klopp.

Jayden Danns will return to the AXA Training Centre filled with enthusiasm following a successful international break in March. Leading the England Under-18 team to victory in the Pinatar Super Cup by defeating the Netherlands 2-1, he capped off a triumphant tournament where England only needed a draw to secure the trophy after earlier victories against Czechia and a draw with Germany.
This achievement marks Danns’s second trophy in two months, following his memorable contribution off the bench for Liverpool in winning the League Cup against Chelsea at Wembley. Despite having only made his second appearance for the club, Danns showcased his talent by scoring in the FA Cup match against Southampton.
With four senior appearances under his belt, Danns recently signed a new long-term contract with Liverpool, adding to his remarkable season where he scored 21 goals for the club’s youth teams before his promotion to the senior squad.
As 2024 unfolds, Danns finds himself in a memorable year, relishing the opportunity to work with Jurgen Klopp, albeit with a hint of starstruck admiration.
Reflecting on his interactions with Klopp and assistant manager Pep Lijnders, Danns emphasized their encouragement and stressed the importance of hard work in their messages.
Moreover, he expressed gratitude for the support and mentorship he received from Ibrahima Konate upon joining the first team, highlighting Konate’s infectious personality and the welcoming atmosphere within the squad.
Danns acknowledges the invaluable advice and inspiration he gains from experienced players like Mohamed Salah, aiming to absorb as much knowledge as possible to further develop his skills and become the best player he can be.
