  1. The Uruguayan journalist reported that Bentancur has a 5 cm not 5 mm tear in adductor. If that's the case, I don't think Lolo can return by Villa's game. Sincerely hope it is only 5 mm or just over stretched! Thanks as always for your video AliWish you well!

  2. Hey Ali — easy fix for audio drift from your phone here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhFLrwQFhfI — only 2min video tutorial to watch, and not sure if you record external audio or not, but the rate tool will work to sync the back end regardless, just use it and play to listen to the end of the video to match the audio to your lip movements. It's easier if you record audio separately and then just select your mic audio when you export the final video for upload to YT. Hope that helps, COYS!

  3. Any thoughts or info on the Juventus controversy and how it impacts Paratici and his deals with Spurs and Italian teams? Hopefully all are cushty deals but a lot of poison coming from Juventus at the moment.

  4. What is Sonny situation with his injury? I know he can play with a mask, but is that the risk the club is willing to take? If he’s resting when will he be expected to be fully fit?

  5. Hi Alasdair, Could you explain what’s happening with regards Juventus and Paratici as they seems to be a lot of people on YouTube adding 2+2 and getting 10. When does the judge make a decision on the case that has been presented and do you think this could have an impact on January?

  6. Hi Alasdair! I just found out from my mother that her brother (my uncle, who is a spurs fan as their dad who is my grandad grew up and as is from tottenham is the reason we are Tottenham fans) is mates with our club legend PAUL GASCOIGNE! Blew my mind!! I Love these videos as my reliable source for spurs news! I can’t wait to watch spurs again!

  7. There's no sugar coating it. Sonny has been poor this season. 3 league goals, all in one game. I can't recall him getting a decent shot off in the WC, he only had 1 notable moment, the rest he was quiet. He looks a lot slower. He cannot separate from defenders like he used to and he doesn't have the physicality, like Deki, to hold defenders off. Hope I'm proven wrong, but he looks like he's on the downside of his career. He's been run into the ground at Spurs, when fit he had to play because there was no replacement for him.

  8. Other than Arsenal. I can't think of another top 6 team that's giving young/inexperienced players significant mins. This narrative that Conte is the only manager that doesn't bring through youth is tiring 😴 . Would Levy/the fanbase take finishing outside of Europe for a season or two while developing young players? We know the answer because he sacked Poch and Mou for poor results. Spurs have to get top 4. If they start falling back near midtable, teams like Newcastle will swoop in, take their spot in the big 6. Imagine if United and Liverpool get new owners that will invest big money. Spurs will always be punching above their weight to stay relevant. The answer is not bring through youth, hope Spence comes good. It's going into the market and competing with other big clubs for top players. I don't see that level of ambition from this ownership.

  9. I do think Kane is the best player in the world right now as he does everything brilliantly – but as he’s doesn’t do anything truly out of the world like beating several men at pace and scoring like say mbappe or messi do he doesn’t get credit – but consistently through at the game and week in week out he’s the best performer in the world last couple years

  10. When Ritchie did the head keep up it reminded me of kerlon who was The Brazilian who did the seal – he did ok in Brazil but lot of injuries so never got to the heights expected of him

  11. Feeling lucky to have listened to this video soon after it's uploaded. I echo the feeling about academy and other sides of the football club, or any other football club. I was one of the Spurs fans bought the virtual ticket of the FA Cup fixture vs Marine FC (and donated too). This summer I got an email from Marine FC and they shared with me their promotion and recent development. I found that very moving. You must have similar experiences as a journalist during your time covering clubs in non-league or the football league. I wish to have a chance to hear them stories from you at some point. Since Harry Kane and Ryan Mason coming through, I have paid more attention to the academy players. I wish they success, whether at Spurs or elsewhere. Football is an extremely competitive industry (speaking from someone in another extremely competitive industry) and "football is the most important of the least important things in life." (Arrigo Sacchi) If one believes in human value, there is no reason not to wish young people excel. As a fan, I will get behind them because it is incredible to witness one's rise to become good.

  12. Another fantastic and informative video Alasdair.
And I would watch your video even if it was uploaded upside down always great when you're video appears 👍🏼
