Don’t jump the gun. Chelsea has not shown any improvement in playing against Low block defending yet
Sterling is definitely problem, but Jackson has been very good when played on the left wing
Poch is definitely a top rated manager. Give him another season and he will come good. Chelsea bosses needs to continue to trust and back him. Next season if Chelsea still fail to get into champions league, then Poch should be remove.

As a Chelsea fan I must say there's nobody that frustrates me more than Sterling…i mean he is just a pain we have to live with.
It used to be Havertz and thanks to those dummies in the north side of London we don't have to go through the pain to see his name on our matchday squad anymore.

Jackson is the most ùseless player there is in Chelsea since his arrival, I agree. Sterling isn't a striker but needed as a playmaker.
I disagree on the Jackson take. He was immense for us. He’s not complete but he also was an outlet for the team and was also a creative force. Jackson over amSterling for me.
I think you might be a bit harsh on Jackson. As you mentioned in your video the average age was 23.4 Jackson has shown some promise, will only get better in time. In the end I'd think Nkuku will be the 10 and Jackson the 9 , cause in the pre season when they played together they showed quite a bit of promise. Injuries have decimated this Chelsea team so it's been difficult. But I trust pochettino in the process. Time will tell though.

I agree with you on poch's second half substitutes. Shifting to a defensive lineup with no attack threat gave mancity the confidence to push their lineup further forward

Jackson isnt a clinical finisher. Thats true but he was only like 30mil which is imo kinda cheap for what he brings to the table. Yielding 12 Scorerpoints(9 Goals) so far is better then most expected. A lot supporters said if he gets to 10-15 goals that would be decent first year. I can vision him as a winger with decent goal threat. A front 3 of palmer on the right, nkunku on the left and a clinical finsher leading the line. When the team needs a presser then Conor plays as the 10. Otherwise you can bring nkunku on as a 10 and jackson/mudryk on the left. Noni is also an option. Should realy sell sterling since he doesnt perform worth of his 325k/week wages. The team wont need him next season anymore.

The problem with Jackson is his inability to shoot or bend a shot. He keeps hitting the goalkeeper.
The problem with sterling is his inability to pass accurately, and on time. He is also defensively useless once he looses the ball.
Chelsea doesn't have a lead way if Jackson is not in the pitch. Reason why they perform poorly when he was absent during AFCON.
