Jamie saying it’s just a mistake it happens, if it was other way round would not stop going on about it for weeks
This has been blown wayyyy out of proportion
Liverpool would be asking for a replay
😂😂still going on about this
Would be amazing if people also realised the exact same thing happened in the first half in Forest’s favour. Paul Tierney actually had a consistent game and showed no double standards throughout that game. I ain’t even a Liverpool fan.
Nice to see completely unbiased as usual from Sky Sports…
The same thing happened earlier in the game where Liverpool had the ball, and a forest player went down with a head injury and forest got the ball. There is no mention of that in this. Also, there is nothing about the dangerous play for why Konate went down due to the forest player doing a karate kick.
Why is this getting so much more attention than the Liverpool disallowed goal against spurs!! I mean the drop ball lead to goal but it wasn’t like VAR disallowed a perfectly good goal and let’s not forget Paul tierney did the same to Liverpool in the first half giving a drop ball to Forrest when it should of been Liverpool’s
Just say, “it’s a mistake, and we benefitted from it” 🤷🏻♂️
The mental gymnastics from fans, instead of just saying that baffles me
It's a mistake that shouldn't really happen tbf . It's not subjective it's a law the refs just ain't good enough or are choosing not to be good enough cause they have had a little flutter on it . Makes sense that no English refs managed at the world cup
All they need to talk about is the flying Jackie Chan kick. End of.
For any non experts a drop ball means when you drop the football onto the floor
What’s different to a corner being given when it should have been a throwing? If someone scores from that corner there’s never this much controversy
How many times has a corner been awarded instead of a goalkick and a goal has been scored? Loads.
Its part of the game, wrong decisions happen. You have to get on with it.
Forest missed plenty of chances, that's why they lost.
WHAT A GOAL
Before I clicked I knew he was gonna blame Callum Hudson. How the hell is he supposed to know Diaz was gonna nick the ball that quickly and pass it to his keeper? Ref blew his whistle and naturally he looked at the ref and ball was gone.
Could listen to Henry talking about football all day
Football analysis catered to mentally unwell people.
We get a late goal and the entire country is up in arms. Rattled, you might say.
Theres been a lot of dreadful officiating this season. Clear mistakes usually in favour of title contending teams and its really getting concerning that its something deeper than a mistake.
Forest probably woudlve had a draw from this if Tierny made a very simple correct decision. Theyve suffered a few dreadful decisions against them in other games.
Not long before, a liverpool defender runs through the back of Toney in the box while toney is in controlled posession, knocking him over wirhout even winning the ball and a penalty isnt awarded.
The same again on Sergio Reguilon va Man City, a man city player goes theough the back of him in the box, a very clear foul that isnt given and if a penalty is given there, Brentford draw wirh man city. Another team, like Forest whove had some terrible and wrong decisions against them that directly cost points.
The me media narritive this season is how amazing the top 3 are, but a lot of their results this season wouldnt be the same with correct officiating. In fairness i dont think arsenal have reallt had mamy in their favour.
Wolves are another who've had far too many points stolen from them by wrong decisions.
If forest or brentford go down this season (i think they'll stay up) its a difect result of wrong refereee decisions that cost them points.
This is such bullshit… I remember when City won the title as a clear handball was not given against Rodri in the penalty box! Witch hunt v LFC!
Nobody would be talking about this if Anthony Alanga had put his 2 chances away
