I can't blame pochenttino for any reason, Jackson missed big chance and Enzo was playing like pregnant woman.
Enzo is not serious, he needs to high his level of playing or else casadei will take his place to be honest
As you said, the players are at the image of the coach, and the club is at the image of the owers and the sporting directors.
We have cluelless owners hiring mid table and yes man sporting directors with no sens of winning and fighting mentality.. no chelsea DNA.
These ones hiring another yes man , weak , fragile, and confused manager with no winning DNA who can tolerate any mediocrity to justify a loss..Then you will always have these types of players and performances.

Hi?.. i think poch is a good coach ..but the problem of chelsea to lose points are players lack experience..not working together as team .,,leadership in chelsea team is zero..and chelsea subs /replacement is also sometimes contributing to the chelsea failure….poch has tried all the procedures like rotating the team..like, the young academy players given chance ..poch tried everything to improve the team ..and people don't forget that current chelsea squad is more injury problem..if its were you ,.how can u improve the team with many key players affected by injury..so is that possible?..don't blame poch but state what u have observed with your nake eyes..chelsea issues is clearly that players are wrongdoing playing….example keeper sanchez repeat playing ball with the defenders where unnecessary ….Jackson missed clear chance . ..chillwel sloppy pass and lazy to mark ..caisedo like too much short pass ball/ no ball control and he even don't knw to heading the ball…and both sterling & Gallagher are very selfish facing the box….plamer sometimes soft kick / missed open chance as well…but lets learn how to analyze the match before complaining POCHETTINHO …. the problem of poch is sub and putting the players on wrong positions like Disasi play on right side and colwill on left side and chillwel playing like a wingback..to me,.. to be honest chelsea need the striker( finisher ) one and experience like all chelsea strikers can't be compare with aston villa ole wattickins..🎉
