The Demon Deacons won their 5th game in 7 tries after their huge home upset win over No.8 Duke, 83-79. Wake’s Hunter Sallis led all scorers with 29 points on a ridiculous 11 of 13 shooting to go with 6 rebounds. Andrew Carr chipped in with 18 points and 4 assists for the Deacs. Kyle Filipowski stuffed the stat sheet for Duke with 17 points to go with 8 rebounds and 5 assists.
