Jack's career will go on a slow decline now. That treble was the peak for him, and I doubt he has the hunger to keep pushing on. This is not a criticism of him, he's just a guy who loves life as much as he loves his football. He'll probably go back to Villa in the next 12 to 24 months.
Grealish is MASSIVELY (like most young English players with ANY talent) overrated.

I think some players just don’t fit in at City.
No way City paid 100M for him just to draw fouls and help the left back. Grealish’s two main weaknesses are that he can’t shoot, and his final pass isn’t elite. And to make things worse, he doesn’t attack the box when out of possession. Look at Oscar Bobb. He’s very young, but he’s found himself in numerous scoring opportunities just by ghosting into the box.
