Imagine where we'd be if he hadn't been injured.
It's frustrating that we signed a CF and then played them on the RW for so long. We were a weak team in the PL and wondered why a young guy playing out of position didn't shine. Massive fan of Pukki but we took the wrong decision extending his contract when we went down. He'd given everything for Norwich and was obvious wanted and needed a new challenge. I can understand why the club took the year option but we didn't have the team around him to play to his strengths. Sargent showed early on that season he was the man and then we stopped playing him there. He's an all round CF, the last good thing Webber did was getting him on a long contract. We'd be firmly in the playoffs had he been fit all season.
Glad to see Sargent doing it for Norwich City. He came back from injury flying. Would like to see him get minutes on the US squad. He is playing like when he was huge on the US youth teams.
