In my opinion we messed up in the summer transfer window We didn't upgrade. Losing out on Maddison was unforgivable. Instead we signed 4 players that are basically second choices. Luckily, Liveramento is the one success story, albeit a quite expensive one.
Is this down to the PIF or the manager.
