Maddison still might be England's best 10. Foden simply must start, either in midfield, on the left wing, or the right wing. He's the best backup 9 to Kane for England as well.

Gallagher can definitely do a job alongside Rice but I think Trent would be great providing Rice sacrifices a lot to let him just play (he solves the issue we had against Croatia in the WC semi when Henderson gave the ball away time after time)

For me rashford maguire phillips and Henderson being in there is ridiculous but we know they will. Gordon jwp tomori and gallagher deserve to be there over those players.

This exactly the same debate people had when talking about Gerrard & Lampard playing together for England. Either Southgate uses the formation Gabby suggested or he puts one of them on the bench. You can't play players out of position if you are serious about winning an international tournament. Southgate is paid to pick the best team to win, not to please Jude or Foden fans.
Why can’t England play Bellingham and foden like gabby said against the big sides, these two players are game changers so let the big teams fear you
Henderson and Phillips should be nowhere near the conversation at this point. But it's southgate so they will be in the squad instead of better players.
I’m sure Southgate will take all the advice of these two numptys on board.
