As a Aussie Korean it was heartbreaking to see the Socceroos go down like that. Big respect to the Aussies for even when going up a goal they still kept pushing and tried to finish off the match. Unlike the teams of that region that love to waste time and lay down each time there's a small contact. Aussies can walk out with their heads high.

No doubt that both teams give it everything.
Korea was just plainly better. More skilled, more inventive, Australia relies too much on physicality. Did not bring players that might create havoc in the opposition penalty box. There is a good reason why there are many more players from Korea and Japan in the European top divisions than Australians
Australia is the most well-mannered national team in this tournament along with Korea and Japan. The rests are so ill-mannered with “bed time” football. Love Australia 🇦🇺
