  1. Problem is the man who bought the players drives on the wrong side of the road in an automatic. What you need is someone who knows how to use a stick shift when handing out lifetime contracts to kids

  2. Chelsea have a very talented squad. But the majority of em are young and a bit lightweight!
Getting pushed off the ball all the time.!
And the fact they are still playing a 39 year old CB sez it all really !

  3. How can you motivate players who have come in for the money, rather than the project and club. The majority have come in on big, long term lucrative contracts that they ain’t worth. They have won the lottery. Tough gig, but have to blame the ownership šŸ’Æ

  4. If poch is to be sacked then the sporting directors should follow him to too they've turned a top flight team into a midtable team if this continues we will turn into a relegation fighting team very soon

  5. Just checked Chelsea only have 3 regular players over 26 years old, Sterling, Chilweklll (both under 30 still ) and obv Silva.
    Thats were thier issue is.!
Too many nerves and not enough strength yet !

  6. Am Amazed as to how this Chelsea reporter speaks about changing the manager..7months in Poch reign, the team has no identity and way of playing that's surely on the manager ..Poch came same time as Ange and oniel at wolves and they look a better team.A badly coached team can can make fairly good players terrible ..some of this players are decent players..What is Poch actually trying to do?

  7. The 'process' with a manager died as soon as Potter was sacked. You go into a process either with a proven top of the top manager, or someone who connects with the club/fans. Pochettino is neither. Not a proper youth coach, not a proper winner. Just a dilly-dally manager.

A club 'process' can continue even with change of managers if the club is run well. Many top European clubs have shown that. Chelsea themselves are one of the most successful past two decades.

  8. You might as well give Poch till end of the month. If he can win the final give him till end of the season. If he doesn't, then let him go

But doesn't matter who you bring in, will have the same issues until that board sorts itself out

  9. Caicedo is a good player . He put an assist to Palmer yesterday. Pochetino does not have an idea for the team same as when he coached psg. If you criticize Caicedo him you are just giving a toxic place to be playing. He’s not gonna play better this way . The money Chelsea paid for Caicedo is not caicedo’s fault is Brighton greediness that want Everything for him and Chelsea agreed

  10. As a chelsea fan how do we feel? ,,,,,, like tbe big plan to take us down by the powers that be is working?? ,,,, and the only more time poch should get is in HMP BELMARSH for crimes against football management??

  11. One of the main differences between Roman and boehly is Roman actually likes the sport, it’s his number 1 sport so he had a direct interest in building one of the best teams in that sport. Boehly is more interested in making money and thought buying a successful football club would carry that on.

As a fan pre Roman.. just, and now post Roman, it’s very hard to see what’s happening but I think the players need to be held more accountable, there’s no consistency, there’s no desire to want to fix the issues which I don’t believe are the managers fault, I play amateur football and I’ve never met a coach that has felt the need to ā€œteachā€ anyone how to make 5-10 yard passes, but these players don’t seem to be able to do that, they pass behind each other, they’re making the wrong runs, you can visibly see the difference in pace of play within the squad, Sterling wants to slow it down all the time enzo plays quick caicedo doesn’t know whether he’s coming or going when he’s got the ball, the defenders can’t defend, the strikers can’t score, which I do have to put blame on the manager for but I also think last season we scored less and conceded less, not really sure if I preferred that to this if I’m honest. I’m really not sure there’s a solution right now other than just gritting your teeth and getting through this season, I have a feeling next season if we keep poch maybe something can start to develop he’ll have a full summer of training/transfers he’ll have time to implement his play style away from pressure and the players will have a good idea of where they stand, he should have a good idea of his best 11 and who needs to be added to to improve it.

  12. It's your owners that are the problem. You have a great manager in pochetino but if you have an owner that is buying players he wants rather than what the manager needs then he won't be able to do anything with them.
