  1. Incorrect. The best team selection wins. Not the team with the best players. Brian Clough and fergie understood this which is why ji sung park could play, berbatov could be benched…etc

  2. I’m proud of the English talent, they’re amazing. But Jesus Christ the arrogance of carragher to suggest if they were Spainish they would play as if they don’t have generational midfielders of their own.

  3. That doesn't work. Bellingham is the attacking midfielder, yes he was a box to box but his best position is CAM. What we actually need to be talking about is a Foden, Kane, Saka front three, that's easily the best in Europe. Saka the 2nd best winger in the world (behind Salah statistically), Kane the best striker in the world and Foden one of the best left wingers in Europe/world

  4. sack gareth southgate , and bring a competent manager in. were blessed with the amount of talent we could ever have in one place, and we have gareth southgate as a mananger. hes tactics are horrendous, he wouldnt get a premier league job and he always plays defensive boring football and picks his out of form favourites, maguire phillips henderson. People would use the argument of "world cup semi final and euros final" england had the easiest run to the world cup semi final and euros final. he faced all the crappy teams. as soon as he faces a challenging team he gets beat. i hate it when people spin this success around gareth southate. people will use the argument of him having a 71 percent win rate, obviously he does because most of those wins are in qualifiers against minnows like malta and north macedonia

to all the people defending southgate claiming hes the best england manager since alf ramsey, i ask you this question. would you let him manage the club you support

  5. What I think they should do is have a midfield 3 of Jude, Rice, and Phillips/Gallagher, have Foden as a LW, but push the LB up as if he's playing as a LW so Foden can now play as a 10 and Phillips/Gallagher can play a box to box or a pivot.

  6. Just shows how reactionary’s the media is. This is the same media that was saying Trent the last two-three months and then Foden before that just because of singular performances or a run in form.

  7. Bellingham is the best 10 on the planet why play him out of position as a box to box. It’s making the same mistake as scholes Gerrard lampard trying to fit them all in. Foden off the left you might need to sacrifice Maddison for a Gallagher or phillips

  8. mainoo rice and bellingham, would dominate anyone in midfield, play foden wider with freedome to come inside same as saka, and harry kane, with stones, you essentially have 4/5 extra players who can all drop into midfield very comfortably to help manage the game, if england dont win the next major tournament it will be a travesty for this generation as they are genuinely so gifted. Im welsh.

  9. Foden has won 5 PL titles already and he's only in his early 20s! 😁… Just how many titles will he finish up with if he stays at City for his career? 😳

  10. Carra mentions Spain, but lets not forget that when they won the World Cup & Euros back to back, they played Busquets & Alonso in a double pivot with Xavi as a 10 and Iniesta wide left…
