The guy is not a top tier manager, he’s out of his depth.
I mean he is praised on his disciplinary methods and squad selection, but he removed Maguire who clearly has a passion and discipline for the team.
He let Ronaldo out, who is the perfect role model for discipline in players, for god sake ronaldo wasn’t there to win trophies for United, it was to raise the level of the squad internally.
The manager spoke on players publicly but the minute one of his players spoke at their disappointments in him publicly they were kicked out.

This is a turning point for me. ETH is not the right man for the job. Rashford at the very least should have a hefty fine and be put on the sidelines for "X" amount of games. Instead he's being treated as the golden child again. Yet look at the way he treated Ronaldo. It's nowhere near the standards or good enough for Manchester United… Rashford and ETH need to go!

Case Closed [from the public]. I don't believe this has ended as far as INEOS is concerned; and perhaps not for ETH either. Rashford's agent brother wasn't brought in for no reason; perhaps to hear a somewhat veiled ultimatum? Rashford has been poor to average for most of his career, with last season being a notable exception. Yet he behaves like he is truly the best player on the team. For Rashford it may well now be "Put up . . . or get out."
