Eric Dier said on Friday that it was a “dream come true” to complete his move from English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur to German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.
Dier joined Bayern on loan until the end of the season on Thursday, and Thomas Tuchel’s side have the option to sign the England international for a further year after the loan contract ends.
The 29-year-old has been out of favour under ‘Spurs’ manager Ange Postecoglou this term, and has made only four Premier League appearances.
Dier will join up with former Tottenham Hotspur and England team-mate Harry Kane at defending Bundesliga champions Bayern.
