  1. All the time I hear someone making these types of videos claiming it's " shedding light on the situation"…. why don't you guys shed some light on the day to day happenings in your country and your league instead of pointing out things in other country's leagues?… there is nothing worthy talking about over there in England so you guys looking else where for stories!!!… first it's Chinese Super league, then it's Saudi Pro League!… these players are off to the forgotten leagues and you guys still find it to talk about them and the league and the decision they made!…

  2. feels like the rest of the world learned football from childhood onwards
and now they just come in and be like "money ruuleeZZzzz"

    kinda like a cheater!

and i dont know why they dont use the money to expand on the "football-infrastructure" in their country first,
would be way more beneficial in the long run, having your own pro's instead of just hoping to make the sport more attractive by buying foreign pro's!

but yeah, their mentality is again, more like: "money ruuleeZZzzz, and if i pay you a little more, you just play a little better!"
yeah i am pretty sure thats their thinking!!

  3. This misses the point. This is not about football but is an attempt to future proof the SA economy by developing sport and leisure industries as the world transitions to renewables and the oil money is no more. This strategy is informed by wishful thinking rather than economics. Put simply, no oil, no Renaldo and co.

  4. Second time I have watched your analytic videos. Your commitment to videos that are as informative, unbiased and as balanced as possible is exemplary, as well as a telling lesson to more heralded and known pundits/analysts, many much older in years, but not as mature in output. Kudos!

  5. What they don't seem to understand is that fans don't follow players. They love their club. Players come and go, the club stays. Anyone heard of these arab clubs? Did they ever leave an impression? Of course they didn't and they never will.

  6. The difference between Europe and Saudi Arabia is not the money, they both have money. The difference is talent and skill. Saudi Arabia has zero, Europe has domestic talent overflowing from each European nation.

  7. I have already stated so early on when the Saudi League started that it was going to be the China League 2.0. No one ever listens, do they?

  8. The thing I love the most about this whole situation is that a once respected player like Ronald is now making goals on this Sunday football league level and demanding international praise for his accomplishments hahaha This terrible league and country is nothing but a joke and once the oil is gone it will crumble back into the dessert within years. Looking forward to see the real Arabian football countries to step out of the shadow of those clowns with not even a thousand people in attendance.

  9. It's not very odd that people who are used to freedom of speech, human rights and equality doesn't want to be there anymore. All the money in the world is not good enough to restrict your self worth and happiness.
